Every Two Years

My wife and I started dating 7 years ago today. And I proposed 5 years ago today. And our son was born 3 years ago this Saturday. And our daughter was born 1 year ago next Thursday. It seems like we're having some kind of big event every other November. So I guess that means something really cool and life-changing will happen next year at this time.

I hope that means we'll finally get to be on Wheel of Fortune together. Because we would totally win. I once got the puzzle "Thomas Jefferson" with just the "T". And my wife rocks at the toss-ups and the final puzzle. And we would never buy a vowel right before solving the puzzle. And we'd never yell, "Big money!"

Hmm, I wonder who Anonymous is?
I predict next November you and Anonymous will be getting a new minivan...??

I'm going to hold you to that... as some Wheel of Fortune contestants can be SO annoying! (I swear everything on your blog relates to something on mine, perhaps we're long lost twins?!? Or, more likely, perhaps just two of the world's most witty individuals?!?) Oh... and the worst is when, during the final puzzle, people pick a letter they KNOW is there. Like, hello... you know it's there, that's like a freebie... it's like the wild card, without all the work.

sigh... perhaps I need a life?!? Nah. And, in my defense, Canadians aren't eligile contestants, even though they are for Jeopardy and they're both Mel Griffin enterprises (yes, I have spent a lot- ie too much- time thinking aboutt his) so, really, I need to get out my frustrations somehow.

Congratulations on your many anniversaries/birthdays!!

Well, congrats on the dating/proposing anniversary as well as the b-days.

And Landry just called you a liar and I don't know if you are just going to let that happen or if there's going to be some kind of smack down fixin to happen or what.

Anonymous has the hots for you or is at least proclaiming their love. Just saying...

And pardon my ignorance Gilsner but was Merv Canadian? I'll have to google that in a bit. :) I guess I didn't realize that the rules might prohibit Canadians from participating. Isn't Alex Canadian? Don't you love how I refer to both gentleman as if we're on a first name basis? (moment of silence for Merv...)

Let me know when either of y'all make it on a show. I'd love to watch and say, "Hey! I sorta know them but not really but I do in a blog kind of way." That would be cool.

I forgot to tell you. I had an amazing puzzle solve a few months ago. I solved "TWENTY THOUSAND LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA" with only the T's. Wheel of Fortune excellence runs in our family.

I once got Ulysses S Grant before a single letter was even selected. Not to start the one-up game or anything, but I figure an opportunity to brag about that victory will NEVER present itself again...

Congratulations on your victory Mark. :) I'm not sure if anyone ever congratulated you on your victory so I didn't want to let the opportunity pass by.
